There are a few advanced email notification options that can be enabled in your account if they are needed within your organization.

  • Send users a welcome email when batch importing
  • Access to an in-app email messaging system.
  • Notification system that sends emails to users if they have not logged in in X days and have open assignments. (Not available for JROTC)
  • Notification system where an email is sent to the admin when a user finishes all assignments. (Not available for JROTC)

In order to have these features enabled in your account, we need to take a few steps to prevent abuse of this system and keep our email servers in good standing. There are two criteria that need to be met in order to have these features turned on.

  1. Your users need to use a real email address when accessing Conover Online.
  2. Your users need to be able to receive email from Conover Online.

  • We will also need one of your user/student names and email addresses to do some testing. We will send this user/student an email to make sure your user's can receive email from us. This user account must already exist in the system for us to test this feature.
