It may sometimes be necessary to manually change the personal details for a User or Administrator. To do this, select View Accounts.
Next, choose which type of account the person has that you want to change the password for.
Next, choose the account from the list by selecting the name or email address.
The account profile will appear. Choose the Account & Personal Details option.
Find the Personal Details section. Change any of the fields as needed. Select the Update personal details button to save your changes.
