There will be times that Conover Online is not loading properly for you our your students.  This is usually caused by the browser or the actual device. Here are some of the common fixes that you can try to fix the problem.  If you are still having issues after trying these steps, please reach out to us via our in-app chat.

Try it on your computer

If your users are having some issues, try logging into their account on your computer. If you know their email address and password, you can log in as the student to see if you are having the same problem.  If the program is also happening for you, please reach out to us.

Update or try a Different Browser

Conover Online will work on any major web browser.  There may be times where you are using an outdated browsers that is causing issues with our programs.  You can try updating your browser or try a completely different one.  We recommend using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari or Microsoft Edge.

Try Reloading the Page

This is the easiest way to fix a screen that is not loading correct.  All web browsers have a button/option that will force your screen to reload.  It is normally linked to your F5 key. It usually looks like this:

Clear Your Cache

This is the last resort to fix Conover Online on your device.  This link will show you how to clear your cache on any device.  https://clear-my-cache.com/

Use our iOS App

In order for students to do their assignments on Apple devices you need to download our Conover Online App. Apple Mobile browsers do not support the autoplay feature of HTML5. To fix this issue, you must your our Conover Online App with any user that will be using an iPad, iPod or iPhone. When you first go to the Conover Online login screen, you will see a link to download the app in the iTunes store. Use this app whenever a user needs to access Conover Online.

This app can only be used with user accounts. These are the student accounts for whom assignments are made. System Administrators and Administrators should access their accounts using a regular web browser. These accounts work with any device and browser.
