Change the password for a user or administrator account

Learn how to reset a a password for a user's or administrator's account.

A user or administrator can reset their own password as long as they have access to the email account that is associated with their Conover Online account. Here is how they can do so: Reset your password

However, an administrator or system administrator can also change a user's password for that user and a system administrator can also change a administrator's password for that administrator as well.

Change the password for an individual user or administrator account:

Select View Accounts.

Select the account type for the person who you want to change the password for.

Search for the name or email of the person or find their name in the list and select their name in the list below.

Choose Account Details.

Find the Change password section. Type in the new password and repeat it. Select Update Password to save the password change.

Change the password for multiple user or administrator accounts:

Select View Accounts.

Select the account type for the accounts who you want to change the passwords for.

Check the box next to the names of the accounts that you want to change the password for.

One you have them all selected, select Change Password from the Batch Actions toolbar.

Type in the new password. Select Save to save the password.
