It may sometimes be necessary to manually change the password for a User or Administrator.  To do this, select View Accounts.

Next, choose which type of account the person has that you want to change the password for.

Next, choose the account from the list by selecting the name or email address.

The account profile will appear.  Choose the Account & Personal Details option.

Find the Change password section.  Enter in the New Password and then repeat the password.  Select the Update Password button to save your changes.
