It may sometimes be necessary to manually change the password for a User or Administrator if they are not able to reset their password via the login form.

To do this, select View Accounts.

Next, choose which type of account the person has that you want to change the password for.

Find the user you want to change the passwrod for.  You can search or filter out the list to help find your user using the options at the top of the screen.  Select the user’s name or email address to access their account.

The account profile will appear.  Choose the Account & Personal Details option.

Find the Change password section.  Enter in the New Password and then repeat the password.  Select the Update Password button to save your changes.

To do this, select View Accounts.

Choose the type of accounts you want to change the password for.

From View Accounts, select the accounts that you want to change the password for.

You can use the options at the top of the screen to choose different account types, search for an account or filter by Tag or Group.

You can choose accounts across multiple pages, or even us the link in the toolbar at the bottom of the screen to select all of the accounts in the list of users.

Once you have all of the accounts checked, select the Change Password button in the batch actions toolbar.

In the window that appears, type in your new password for these accounts.  Select the Save button to change the account passwords for all of the accounts you have selected.
