You are able to generate reports for multiple users at once. To do this, select View Accounts
From View Accounts, select the accounts that you want to view the account activity for.
You can use the options at the top of the screen to choose different account types, search for an account or filter by Tag or Group.
You can choose accounts across multiple pages, or even us the link in the toolbar at the bottom of the screen to select all of the accounts in the list of users.
Once you have all of your users selected, choose Report Generator from the batch action options.
This will bring you to the Report Generator screen. First, choose your date range for the reports you want to include. If your report does not contain any data, leave these fields blank and try again.
Choose the programs that you would like to include. Expand each product by clicking the + (plus) next to the product name. The available report options will appear. Choose which program options that you would like to include. If you can’t choose an option, that means none of the users you selected have that report available.
Once you have all of your report options selected, choose Generate Report. When the report is ready, you will receive an email.
When the report is done, you will receive an email with a link to a page where you can download the report. If you do not see the button, the direct link is available at the bottom of the email.
Select the View the Report button to download your report.
If you do not receive the email, it could have been marked as SPAM. We do have a location where you can access these reports. From the main Reports screen, choose Generated Reports.
This has a list of all reports that you have generated and sent via email in case you did not receive the email or lost it.
