It may sometimes be necessary to resend a welcome email to a User or Administrator. This welcome email will explain how to access their account as well as a link to change their password. The current password will NOT be emailed to the user. To do this, select View Accounts.
Next, choose which type of account the person has that you want to change the password for.
Next, choose the account from the list by selecting the name or email address.
The account profile will appear. Choose the Account & Personal Details option.
Find the Send Welcome Email button. This will resend a welcome email to the user. This email will NOT include the user’s password. Sending passwords via email is not recommended due to security reasons. We do include a link where the user can reset the password via email.
