Resend a welcome email

Learn how to resend the welcome email to a user or administrator.

The Conover Online welcome email can be re-sent to a user or an administrator at anytime. The welcome email will provide user or administrator with:

  • Their email/username

  • A link to reset their password should they need to

  • A link to get to the Conover Online login page

NOTE: In certain situations, a fake email address might be used for the email for an account. Keep in mind the a welcome email will not work with a fake email.

You can resend a welcome email to an individual account as well as multiple accounts at one time.

Resend a welcome email to an individual account:

Select View Accounts.

Select the account type for the type of account you want to email.

Search for the name or email of the person or find their name in the list and select their name in the list below.

Select Account Details.

Select the Send welcome email button to have a new welcome email sent to the account holder.

Resend a welcome email to a multiple accounts:

To resend a welcome email to multiple accounts at once, your organization must have access to our Advanced Email Notifications feature. Once this is enabled, here is how you send an email to multiple accounts:

Select View Accounts.

Select the account type for the type of accounts you want to email.

Check the boxes next to the names of the accounts you want to email.

In the Batch Actions bar at the bottom of the screen, choose Email.

In the window that appears, you can craft your email. We also offer two special links that you can incorporate into your email. When you have you email finished, select Send.
