Almost all of the Assessments/Maps in Conover Online have an accompanying 360° Survey. These surveys will allow you to have someone who knows the user rate the users ability in the assessed skills. You can then compare what the users thinks about themselves and what others think about the user’s skill in the assessed areas. The surveys are free to use and you can do as many as you like.
To use the surveys, first you must choose the user who you want to do a survey for. To do this, select View Accounts.
Make sure you have User chosen for the type of account.
Find the user who you would like to add a survey for. Choose their name or email address.
Next, choose the product that you want to do a survey for. In our example we will be using Job Readiness Survey in the Workplace Readiness Series.
Find the Assign Job Readiness Survey button and select it.
Choose who you would like to complete the survey for the chosen user. Use the drop-down to choose a pre-existing user. If you want to assign it to a user who does not have an account, you can enter in their email address.
Choose if you want to do a long or short survey.
Once you have your options selected, choose the Send a survey button. When the user logs in, they will then have access to this survey. If the user is not in the system, they will be sent an email with instructions on how to access the survey.
