Because Conover Online is a dynamic product that we are constantly updating this error can happen for a variety of reasons. Sometimes the problem is caused by something on our end and sometimes it is caused by a users web browser or device. If you see this error frequently it is usually caused by a slow internet connect or a full browser cache. Try emptying your cache, closing and restarting your browser, and checking your internet speed. If you are still getting this error try the following:
If you are using a Functional Skills System title
To fix this error, you need to interrupt the assignment. When you are on a screen that is showing the 500 error, copy and paste the following link into your browser.
Once pasted into the address bar, press return/enter on your keyboard. This will interrupt your assignment and allow you to access another assignment or restart your locked up assignment.
Make sure to clear your browser’s cache prior to starting or resuming any assignment!
