We have updated our interface in Conover Online with a modern, sleeker look that will make it easier to use and give us the ability to release new features much faster. We have taken feedback from our customers into consideration when making some of the changes to our interface.

Here is a list of the major changes we have made to Conover Online

The first thing you will notice is that we have removed the side bar with all of the secondary links on each page.

These links can now be found under the main menu in what we call the secondary menu.  This allowed us to make use of the space that the sidebar took up and make our screens much less crowded.

We have reworked the entire Activity Dashboard.  We have made it easier to tell if credits have been spent or returned.

We also tried to group the activities by user so you are not just looking at a list of all activities in the system.

Our View Accounts screen has been updated to work much faster than before.  Your user list should load faster and searching or filtering should be much more responsive.

When you select one or more users, the Batch Actions Toolbar will now float at the bottom of your screen.

This allows you to choose accounts across multiple pages and easily access all of the batch actions without having to scroll to the bottom of the screen.

If you choose a user account, you will notice that that we now focus on the user’s assignments.

From the Assignment Dashboard, you can view the user’s activity across all products and even access the user’s reports from one location.

Accessing the products that can be assigned are displayed directly on the screen instead of hidden in the sidebar.  We even include a description to help you choose the correct assignment for your users.

You can still access the user’s account details, configuration and a summary of user activity from the secondary menu.

The assignment screens have been given an update to make it easier to choose between a bundle or assigning manually.  It is much easier to switch back and forth if you are not sure how you want to make the assignment.

The assignment screens for individual assignments now show a label to make it easier to determine if a unit will be assigned, it is not assigned or if it will be unassigned.

You can also completely remove an assignment if the user has already started it.

You can also access any assignment by using a drop-down menu so you do not have to go back to the user’s profile screen to access the product assignment screen.

The User Data tab has been renamed to Reports to make is much clearer that you will access user reports from this screen.

The report generator has been updated to make it faster to create a custom report.  Just pick your users from view accounts that you want to run a report on then select Report Generator from the Batch Actions toolbar.

Pick and choose your options to create a custom report.

We also have a location where you can access any report that should have been emailed to you.  If you do not receive the email, you can access these reports from the Generated Reports option.

You can also access any report by using a drop-down menu so you do not have to go back to the main report screen.

If you need assistance while using the new interface, select the You link at the top of the screen and choose Help/Support.  This will bring your to our knowledgebase where you can find solutions to most problems.
