Remote Technical Support
The Conover Company is proud to offer remote technical support for our customers. By downloading and running a small program, we can securely remote control your computer or share our desktop to give you technical support with our programs. This is all accomplished without needing administrative rights, having to install any software or make any changes to your firewall.
How to use the Remote Support Module
Once you have the Remote Support Module downloaded, you will need to open the program. Once the program is opened, you will need to provide the Conover Company Support Technician with the ID and Password which will allow the technician to connect to your computer. That is all you will need to do. Once your remote support session is completed, you can delete the remote support module from your computer.
