If you need to track how long an Administrator or User has been in the system on a day by day basis, we offer a User Activity report.  There are two different ways to do this.

To access this report, select Reports.

Next, choose Activity Reports from the list of reports.

Next, choose the account type.

You can use the search or Advanced Filters featuers to help you find the accounts you are looking for.

Once you find the account, select the View Report link.

The report will open.  The bottom part of the report will show you the user activity on a day by day basis.  You can even enter your own date range.

This same report can be found in the account profile also (View Account > Click a name).

You are able to generate activity reports for multiple users at once. To do this, select View Accounts.

Make sure you have Users selected fro the account type.

Use the Tags and Group features to sort your list to find the user who you want to pull an activity report for.

Check the boxes next to the users who you want to include.  You can choose users across multiple pages.

Once you have 1 user selected the batch action options will become active.  You can also select all of the users in the list by selecting the Select all XXXX link.

Once you have all of your users selected, choose Report Generator from the batch action options.

This will bring up the Report Generator screen.  Scroll to the bottom and expand Additonal Content.  Check the box next to Include User Activity.  Select Generate Report to create your report.

When the report is done, you will receive an email with a link to a page where you can download the report.  If you do not see the button, the direct link is available at the bottom of the email.

Select the View the Report button to download your activity report.

If you do not receive the email, there is a location where you can access these reports.  Choose Report and then Choose Generated Reports.
